Karen DeSoto on TODAY Presents Prosecutor Strategies RE: Olympian Oscar Pistorius Case

The TODAY Show headline read “Expert: Pistorius prosecutor ‘has a pretty solid case’”

Karen DeSoto and Erica hill talked at length, and in depth, where Karen noted that  “At the end of the day, he [Oscar Pistorius] admits that he killed her,” said former prosecutor Karen DeSoto. She noted that the case is a matter of to what degree the court finds him culpable.  Also Karen explains the difference in the South African court system vs the united States.

Olympian Oscar Pistorius has been sent home on bail, and DeSoto said that this is a time for both the defense and prosecution to solidify their arguments. DeSoto talks to TODAY’s Erica Hill.
